Review: GET RECORDING ON XXX-XXX-XXXX SAYING LEAVE PHONE # AND WILL GET CALL BACK. CALLED 7 TIMES IN 2 WEEKS. 3 WINDOWS HAVE PROBLEMS-HAVE FULL WARRENTY.
2 WINDOWS HAVE BECOME CLOUDY IN BETWEEN THE GLASS. 1 WINDOW HAS BROKEN LOCKS. I HAVE A LIFETIME WARRETY ON THE GLASS AND 20 YEAR WARRENY ON THE LOCKS.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE CLOUDY WINDOW GLASS REPLACED AQND THE BROKEN LATCHES REPLACED.
Just bought a house filled with these windows. Best I can tell they were installed in 2000 and still look pretty good throughout. Only complaint is some of the Windows need new clips that keep them in their tracks. I can't find anyone to help and the listed number is disconnected.
