another call through [redacted]. After he does that they will send us or another service company back out.  We cannot come back out until he does this. We absolutely did nothing wrong here and never refused to come out and fix the problem.  We always responded to his phone calls and called him back when we said we would. We work for [redacted] and have to abide by their rules. As he has previously been informed If he calls [redacted] today they will send a service company out to look at his problem.
