We were hired by [redacted] to make the initial repairs to his furnace We were not made aware of any problems with his humidifier until months after the service callHe was informed at that time that the protocol for his warranty company [redacted] is for him to place another call through [redacted] After he does that they will send us or another service company back out We cannot come back out until he does thisWe absolutely did nothing wrong here and never refused to come out and fix the problem We always responded to his phone calls and called him back when we said we wouldWe work for [redacted] and have to abide by their rulesAs he has previously been informed If he calls [redacted] today they will send a service company out to look at his problem
