I was immediately contacted by 2 different people from Thermos. I wanted a $10 refund, but was told they could not do that. Instead they offered me a new lid and new cup. They ended up sending 4 new tumblers, 2 of better quality and 3 replacement lids for the old cup. This would not have been the most ideal scenario for me, but it works. Thank you to Thermos and their employees who quickly responded to me complaint. It was truly refreshing in comparison to the original representative with whom I dealt.

I am rejecting this response because:Their response was not timely. Thermos's opinion might be it was timely but this is fiction. I brought forth valid safety concerns that were never addressed and waited several days before having a CSR respond to me blaming me for their product defects. This is very unprofessional. The CSR had the nerve to tell me my issue is caused because we didn't follow the cleaning instructions included with every product. As I have stated before and I will stat again the products were thoroughly cleaned after every use per Thermos instructions. And I repeat the fact remains that they don't appear to care about potentially this issue making people sick and blame customers for a faulty product is down right chilling. I however don't have time to keep going back and forth with Thermos. They have indicated they have sent replacements out. I have to date not received such replacements. When I do than we can consider this issue resolved. Not sure how they consider something resolved when they have not honored their part of the resolution.  Merry Christmas to all.

[redacted] on May 9 which was responded to on May 10 asking for the model number of his product. We did not receive a response from Mr. [redacted]Consumer service spoke to him today and [redacted] is sending him a new lid. To Whom it May Concern,   This email is in regards to complaint #[redacted] which Thermos L.L.C. did not receive initially. Only after receiving a letter from the Revdex.com stating we didn’t respond to the complaint,  did I become aware of it and I contacted the Revdex.com to receive a copy and address...

the complaint.   After investigating the matter, there was an error on Thermos L.L.C.’s customer service representative.
