I experience with Thermosoft was very positive I installed the product myself and had incorrectly ordered the wrong size of material After a short discussion with Thermosoft's helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt support staff the materials needed were on there way The staff made returning the incorrect material very easy and my money was refunded within days of the return receipt
Thermosoft is an American company and renews my faith that American products are the very best to work with Any troubleshooting issues I had were promptly addressed by their support staff
When I had trouble with the product after installation was complete, a support staff member contacted me within hours and walked me step by step through any issues The problem was found to be an error on my part during installation I consider myself savvy when it comes to home improvement but this is an issue I would not have discovered without the help of the support team In particular a gentlemen named Daniel from the technical support team was able to diagnose the problem by looking at a cell phone picture I had taken and emailed to him at his request
This type of attention and care had become a rarity and I am very pleased to have a positive experience to report
