By "they" paying the $1,I was referring to Mazda per Ivan not the dealershipIvan was incorrect in stating that Mazda was going to pay it offIvan has texted me stating the following regarding that statement"I know I had the same impression, and completely understand you"Problem is he
was incorrect and that should not mean that I need to pay the differenceCurrently the Sales Manager is looking deeper into it and is responding to me on Friday

Revdex.com: Again as shown on the attached message to and from Ivan on September 19th I told him I did NOT receive anything stating I received a letter stating the $1,offer, I did receive a letter stating I was nearing the end of my term and to visit the dealer for optionsIvan both brought up and insisted this $was something I had coming to meI would NOT have made this deal if the $was not something I was going to receive I would have waited till the end of my term as I was in no hurry to turn my vehicleI feel I was duped into this deal by being told I was going to receive something I was not truely entitled to, I feel I was misled into a deal that would not have happened otherwiseI would like to proceed into small claims court if that is the next option.

We want to thank Mr*** for reaching out to Romano Mazda for ~is concernOur salesmanager, Kevin V*** has been working on this with our sales representative, IvanMr*** statedto us that he had a letter from Mazda Capital Services (MCS) that he was eligible for early terminationon his lease, which would waive his remaining payments up to $1,At the time of the sale, werequested for him to provide this letter to us, because during that time, we ~ever saw the letter and wewere not able to give him the early termWe feel Mr*** could have misplaced the letter that hestated he had, and we made attempts to get MCS involved to make an exce~tion for Mr*** and theydeclinedRomano Mazda feels that part of our goal is to build a long-term relationship with Mr***.I personally, invite him to come and visit with me so I can meet him and talkl to him so I can see how wecan make things betterOur goal is to have Mr*** leave completely satisfied.IPlease note, if Mr*** can provide the letter that he stated he had, it could help simplify everything. And if he cannot produce the letter, then we extend the opportunity to hav~ him come to RomanoMazda to meet with me

Romano MazdaID # [redacted]We from Romano Mazda are responding in regards to a complaint made about our business __ from [redacted] [redacted]Originally, this customer reached out to our service department and spoke to our advisor Mike [redacted] on 2/10. He also documented everything that they...

spoke about, the time, what they talked about, the price, and the customers response. Mike [redacted] quoted her $1,551.96 for the repairs that she requested. He waited for a response for an approval from the repairs before we could proceed with anything. Please note that we provided the customer with a free new Mazda loaner. On Friday the 12th, Mike [redacted] asked our GM to reach out to this customer to see how we could help her. Our GM called and spoke to her before noon and she told him she couldn't afford the $1,551.96 repair and could use a discount. We gave her an exception and gave her a discount of $152.98, which brought it down to $1,399.68. Since we got the final approval from her to do the repairs, we went ahead and fixed her vehicle and told her we would have her vehicle done by Wednesday. Customer came in on Wednesday to pick up her car with another coupon, and we respectfully declined her coupon since we already gave her an exceptional discount. Mrs. [redacted] contacted us later that week and spoke to my GM stating that there were other damages now on her car. My GM invited her back to the dealership so we could see what she was talking about, and also offered to reimburse her for the gas. She declined his offer and she did not want to bring the vehicle back so we could see the damages, and said she would get the Revdex.com involved. She also wrote a negative review on our website. Also, something that should be noted, is Mrs. [redacted] originally stated that her moon roof broke because she stood on top of her vehicle while apple picking, and she could not understand why we wouldn't fix it for free. Then, after that, she told our GM that an apple fell on the moon roof, and it was broken from the apple falling on it. With all due respect, we tried to handle this situation the best way we could with this customer. We gave her a very nice discount and we gave her a free loaner for 8 days. We did everything we could do to help a situation that was not caused by us.Thank you,Steven A[redacted]

Revdex.com: If you can tell the receipt alone shows that they lie. The amount was not almost 1400.00. I was not told that I would be refunded gas on my car if I brought it back. I do not feel comfortable bringing it back. I will not bring it back. I did not ask for loaner. I called 2 weeks ahead to make this appointment they could have asked for my vin number to order the part to have it available for same day service. The car that they loaned me I did not drive barely do to the fact that it took a lot of gas. I was told that my car would be ready by Friday not Wednesday. If I knew it would have been that long to get my car fixed I would have never went. I would have never went if I knew that all of this was going to happen.  Yes I did write a negative review that is true. I have a picture of my seat, my steering wheel, the crack in my back seat floor thing, and my compass finally works. I got that fixed. Now I did not ask for the rental I did not ask for the company to go threw my car, move my mail all the way to back, open my mail. So much happened from this Mazda dealership it is disturbing. I refuse to let them work on my car again. I do not trust them and I will never trust them. That is the bottom line. The only way that I will feel that this is resolved if I get some of my money back. That is the only way!

Revdex.com100 Bryant Woods SouthAmherst, NY 14228Dear [redacted]:Complaint ID: [redacted]10/16/15[redacted] and her husband came into the dealership to look at a 2016 [redacted] that they saw advertised in our paper. At the bottom in small print it said 1 st payment, 8% tax...

and fees due at inception of the loan. She is right, however this was a mistake on [redacted] part. It should have said lease, however due to the mistake in printing it said loan. We did explain to her that it was a misprint in the paper, and that we apologized and it was human error. We asked [redacted] to send a letter to show this was a. mistake on their end, and we will enclose the letter. Unfortunately at this moment, there is nothing more we can do for this client, other than honoring what the ad says, on a lease, not a buy.Nicole RomanoRomano Mazda3120 Erie Blvd, EastSyracuse, New YorkDear [redacted]On Sunday October 4, 2015 Romano Mazda ran a full page display ad in the [redacted] newspaper. The display advertisement featured a 2016 [redacted] Touring. The lease price of that vehicle was $299 per mo. for 33 months with a $0 down payment. Underneath the lease price it was stated that 1st payment, 8°/o tax and fees were due at the inception of the loan. The word (loan) was incorrect. The statement was for the advertised lease. The correct line disclosure should have been: 1st payment, 8°/o tax and fees due at the inception of the lease. This correction will be made for future publications.Sincerely,[redacted]Automotive Manager
