Good morning I did in fact respond to this complaint in writing via an e-mail to [redacted] (the customer that made the complaint) on the same day I received the initial complaint The issue has been resolved per the communication below from [redacted] to me:"***, thank you for responding Like I told ***, I own a business too and was by no way trying to get something for free It was very kind of you to waive all the charges but that is not really what I asked for but was very kindThe sales associate was extremely rude to all of my guys including my wife and I and would not even let us talk to someone above him He hung up on my wife and basically left the conversation saying there was nothing we could do I do appreciate all your help in resolving this matter and it is sad that I had to write to the Revdex.com and to the [redacted] office to get to speak to someone above the sales associate I will fix all the bad remarks I put up My family and I grew up in [redacted] and we have used your company for many years I will continue to use your company and appreciate you guys contacting us back and resolving the issue I would definitely talk to that associate because I can tell you one thing In this market with all the competition and changes out there he will end up costing you more money than he makes you Thanks again, I am more than satisfied, [redacted] ***."
