a text regarding my order in 9/6. I explained the situation again and asked if I would still be required to pay an additional $5 for something that was not disclosed initially and was not my fault and I was advised that I would still be required to pay. The person I spoke to did not disclose his name and was not the same person in the office when I picked up my order today. The person in the phone was very impersonal and rude.
