Hello, My name is Jeff W [redacted] owner of The Swimming LifeI am emailing in response to the complaint we received in the mail today with the case ID as above On 9/2/our internet website received an order for a [redacted] Team Suit, at which time we and as of this email have not heard back from the coach or board president on what team suit they are going with for the upcoming short course season, as it is for teams to change suits at the beginning of each season We have not heard from said customer in regards to this matter as well, and have been waiting on the chosen team suit Our email system changed over recently and if there was an email, it was a victim of that changeover We list our phone number as well as the coach and board president have my and my managers personal emails as wellWe will be more than happy to refund her, if she had reached out to us or had asked what was the status but has not We do use paypal and there is no activity on there as well in regards to a refund Thank you!

How am I supposed to know that there was any kind of issue with the swimsuit when they never told me? You would think a company would inform someone who placed an order of any issuesThey were very quick to charge my credit card and then I never heard from them againIf they were waiting for anything, they should have told me so I could make a decision about whether or not to wait or to get a refundI placed the order before the swimming season began; if they did not have team swim suits, then they should not advertise them on their website - otherwise, they should notify the customer before charging their credit card. I did not use PayPal when I placed my orderThey charged directly to my credit card, so again how am I to know anything about PayPal? What kind of a company speaks like this to a paying customer? I have asked for a refund, but have yet to receive itEven if they did not receive my voice mail message (I left one on Monday, September 19), and they obviously did not receive the emails because they all came back as "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist" (who would not think this company was a scam after that!), I did fill out the return form on their website on 9/21/specifically asking for a refundSo even if they did not receive the voice mail or the emails, surely they would receive that on their website. Ok here is the response in writing.    Yes there was technical errors on the website, and I am not refuting how it could appear as it was not sending emails, notifications, or anything. That glitch has been corrected and we have never said we wouldn`t refund in fact we will be more than happy to...It`s more of someone trying to make us look like a scam when we are not, in fact we work extra hard to do the opposite..   Thank you!   -- Jeff W[redacted] theswimminglife.com
