theta group construction

this complaint starts with the remodeling of my basement, a written contract . The work done is coming along but not without me having to mention something that I I feel needs to be done over or more professional ,like first thing is not adding wash box in the laundry room like its written , second is new window put in but the old wood around window is still there (tacky)the water is leaking in thru the window or the window sill from outside .Third thing is I asked to keep my slop sink he thought something different would be more suitable (disposed of it)fourth thing is its been 2 plus months they work maybe 2 days a week a one person at a time and the straw that broke the camels back is my gas line was knocked loose and I text Mr. T and also called him didn't answer right away when he finally did he was not ready to talk he was on his way to my house to work he said but only went in and stated removing his belonging he left all sorts of trash and other debris in the basement and( 2 bags of trash) for me to take out. I did ask Mr. T to please fill a claim for the accidental knocking of my gas line that I believe was done while installing drywall to the ceiling I know he had one guy doing that by himself and that I understood that accidents happen but I couldn't afford to be outta 1660.00 he said him either so asked him to leave the keys until this is sorted out thank Mrs.
