this is the best computer store in town I never thought I would get such great service they help me with my computer in so many ways 1st copied all my stuff set me up with a great new laptop its supper fast helped me with my email data and understanding of Windows I will never go to the big stores again

I ordered a [redacted] logic board from themIt showed up all hacked up and not workingWhen I sent it in for a refund, they claimed it never showed up despite giving them the tracking info with signature conformationNot good people to do business withThey even insulted me after the whole ordeal

The Wright PC has received the complaint from MrsJ***Walked into one of our service centers located at [redacted] with a laptop computer,a [redacted] and a coupon for one of the services we offer (Free PC Clean Up).On October 18,one of our service technicians made contact with MrsJ***,stating that the amount of viruses, malware,and other malicious software would not be covered under the free pc clean up, there will be an additional $charge,which MrsJ [redacted] approvedOnce the service was completed,later that day,the technician called the number given by MrsJ [redacted] and left a message on the customer's voice mail(Please see attached invoice.)According to the store policy written clearly on every invoice and posted in our store's locations, "Any PC Equipment or Part left at The Wright PC for more than days will become store property; The Wright PC can NOT be held responsible for such property"Mrs.J [redacted] is claiming that her property is worth $One would presume that if the property is valued at that amount,then the amount of effort put in to retrieving said property should be proportional to the valueThe Wright PC has policies put in place to allow a person to pick up their property and pay for our services within a certain timeframe,and the policy considers that to be dayswhich is more than reasonableTo hold on to property for more than days without contact (Oct to Jan , 2015) is an unreasonable expectation from MrsJ***MrsJ [redacted] also claims The Wright PC is,"operating with illegal, unethical shady business practices..."
