I thank you for the reimbursement for the boiler piping repair charge? You did however state that if you had to come to my house again for a service call regarding the? banging of the pipes that ? I would be charged even though my concerns were justified.? I thank you for the reimbursement

Hello my name is [redacted]. I am writting in responce to a letter we recieved for a complaint. The name on the complaint is for [redacted], he is my father and the former owner. I have own the company for the past two year.I would like to start off saying that...

I have sent her a refund check but would like to eleborate. First off I would like to say I do wish that she had contacted me before contacting the Revdex.com to resovle the reembusment issue and this could have been easily resolved. I had no idea that she had to contanct another contractor. Had she contacted me about the issue at matter we certianly would have taken care of that. As she stated we did go back to check the radiators. We did check some of the radiators that we had access too. She stated that she would check the pitch of the remaining radiators and get back to us. We never heard back from her. At this point we are trouble shooting in trying to find the source of the banging. She aprently contacted her own contractor to continue the trouble shooting and he found the problem and charged her to repair. Had she gotten back to us stating the banging had continued we would have absolutly gone back to continue the trouble shooting which would have been covered under the warrentee.In responce to the  call on 3/10/16 of no hot water, that had nothing to do with the origional complaint. I told her how to adjust the temperature control which is a simple knob to adjust and she agreed to adjust it. I would not have said I would charge her for somthing that we had done in error like not setting the water temperature had she insisted that we come out for that issue.Sincerly[redacted]OwnerThibodeaus Heating Service
