Good Afternoon,Afternoon reviewing the customer complaint and our records, we do see where she had a reduced service call from our regular $69.00 to a promotional $55.00. The $14.00 difference has been refunded to the credit card she made the payment with. The cost of the spring was in line with... what we normally charge, the $185.00 charge did include the labor to replace the spring. As far as her comparison to another garage door company, we do not match competitors as we have no way of knowing she was quoted on the exact spring we installed for her.
