Excellent, excellent, excellent!
Recently a furnace maintained by a competitor for numerous years failed in our New Berlin 2 family after their tech "broke a non-replaceable part" when servicing. They offered no aid, and took 3 (three) days to quote a new furnace.
One call to [redacted] at John Thielmann & Son Heating and Air Conditioning had [redacted] out estimating within an hour. An offer of space heaters to keep the tenants warm was made, despite the fact that we were not yet customers.
The quote was promptly received, installation neat & quick, tenants satisfied and warm, and inspection showed perfect work.
