We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the tree appointment.  We had left a message the day prior to the work being done, that if it would be a problem for us to remove the tree the following dayto give us a call back.  (Since he had already authorized the work.)  No call was...

received, so we proceeded to schedule the work.In order to maintain our high standard of customer service, we would be willing to refund $300.00 in good faith to resolve this matter.Please let me know if further response is needed and if they accept our resolution.Jeremy H[redacted]
