Our plumber went out to [redacted] house in May of for a warranty company issued complaint, upon arrival the issue was found not to be covered under the contract The plumber explained he could not fix it then for the company because it was late in the day and he was finished working The customer wanted it done that afternoon and made arrangements with the plumber to pay him under the table to do the work She did this and it was not done on Flowright time She has called and requested ***s number but he was fired due to this issue She told the warranty company that this is what she did but now she is changing the story, but they have this all on record So we do not feel responsible for her problem because she did this paying him under the table [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not change my story. This company is letting their employee run business under the table. I will not recommend Flowright plumbing to any consumers, since the account in the response letter does not match. My warranty company was told that their employee, [redacted] would contact me to set up an appointment to repair the problem. Then the next thing the warranty company was told was that he was fired. I would like to ask who is really lying here. Obviously, the business does not provide good customer service, by not answering phone calls, telling different stories each time to buy time.
