I am rejecting this response because: We disagree with most of the assertions put forth by Thin-nology We'll not argue back and forth timelines and opinions Facts are Facts and the facts are quite troubling Our client experience has been extremely poor, yet the business makes little effort to rectify the experience and clearly has no interest in accountability or ownership of said experienceTo be fair, some progress has been made on some of the outstanding service tickets since posting the complaint
