I am not going to settle for a 20% loss I want my full refund of 3,

Unfortunately, I chose this business because of all the positive reviews on yelp but Julie the owner is very unprofessionalSaved up for months to ordered a custom hawaiian braceletIt was very pricey bracelet but she said she could do a custom designAfter waiting for over a month, she did not deliver to satisfactionIt was made very sloppily and after working in the industry and seeing what can be done, I was extremely disappointedI kindly asked for her to redo it, in a simpler style since they could not do what I wantedShe refused, and advised she would refundweeks later, no refund and no responsesI sent a text asking politely if the refund had been sent because if not, I could have someone pick it upHer reply was unprofessional, rude and disrespectfulShe advised it was mailed, but still not rcvdA good business person or any decent person would have admitted their mistake and tried to make it right...but not herSad...because I would have given her a ton of business, personal and referral!

In response to our complaint, here are some details about what happen *** came in and order a 32mm Bangle on January 4th, she was not happy with its but took the bracelet on a cruise I told her I will fix it when she came back which was what we did She took the bracelet
again and called saying there was a difference in color however did not call or bring it right away She just brought it back April when she ordered her name plate The name plate was ordered April 27th and I told her it would take a little over weeks On May 16, I got a text asking of the progress and I told her it was in the works and was scheduled to finish soon which would be in the time frame One the 21st, I get a text demanding her money back cause the name plate was taking to long and also she was not happy with her bracelet that she wore off and on for months to also demand that refund It was the day her name plate was done Attached is the name plate that she has been posting that was chicken scratch but it is the flower she picked I understand her goal is to get her refund but she does not have to defamation our reputation to attain her goal As a small business, we try to accommodate and make every customer happy within our means Custom orders are a little tricky cause once I order the gold from wholesale there is no return on my part so thats why I try my best to avoid these situations We do have a strict NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES because of that However because I don't want this to reflect on our business I am offering her a refund less 20% She paid part cash, part tradeand part credit card Refund will be issued trade and cash =cash and credit will be refunded to credit -- Julie N***THINGS & BLINGS(808)593-

as you can see I had my bracelet done times not January and April! I brought it back in February as wellI asked Julie from the beginning to make my bracelet specific to the design I showed her NO BORDER FLAT OUTLINE yet she still added the border because she thought it would be nice And as far as the design for the pendent we went over it together yes that was the flower I wanted but NO that was not the placement of the design and my name looks like s fat blob unreadable
