Things I Like Boutique

Review: Nazaret, the owner of this boutique sold me a purse that had stains on it, so I returned it to her and exchanged it for a dress. I moved out of [redacted] about 2 weeks ago, so she said she was going to send me the dress in the mail. She originally said to me on Sunday, June 30th that she would send out the dress on Tuesday, July 1st. I did not receive the dress or any word from her, so I contacted her. She did not get back to me for days. Finally, after multiple texts, an email, and phone calls and a voicemail to her, she did call me back and said that the dress would be sent out by the end of that week. I contacted her again when I did not receive the dress. She finally said she would be sending it out on Monday July 14th. It is now Thursday July 17th. I still have not received the dress so I contacted her today and she said that I would be getting it by Saturday and she will not give me an answer about whether she has sent it out or not. She continues to push off the date and I should have received this dress by now. I requested a refund of my money and she declined that. I also wanted to point out that she provides alcohol to her customers in her store. I do not believe that her boutique is even licensed and I am sure that she does not have a liquor license to be offering alcohol to customers.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund of my money, which is $90. Or I want the dress to be sent out immediately and sent to me rush delivery, overnight.
