Review: I left my Canada Goose Down coat retailed price $695.00 to get dry cleaned at Swan USA cleaners corp and they damaged my coat. They never informed me that they damaged my coat. All the original Canada Goose buttons melted off and they altered my coat without my consent or never informed me my coat got damaged in the first place and they needed to replace the button with non authentic buttons. There is also a stain on the coat that wasnt there when I initially dropped it off. Tassles are also missing off the coat and the drawstring for the hood is damagaed. The cleaners refuses to take responsibility and refund my money back for my coat. I was so upset that they would give me my item back without informing me they altered my coat. They indicated it was a manufacturing defect becuase the buttons shouldnt have melted and I informed them of the Canada Goose warranty listed:Canada Goose product purchased from an authorized retailer is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product free of charge, or we may choose to replace it. This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the product has been tailored or altered in any way.I expressed to them countless times that the coat is no longer authentic and the warranty doesnt cover if the item is altered or tailored.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the coat or a replacement. The issue with replacing the coat is difficult because its sold out.
