This is the worst cleaning company in Jacksonville, NC. They charged me $525 for a move out clean and they only cleaned half the house.

Here is a list of everything they did not clean:
-Clean all plastic and wood floors.
-Stairs spindles and lamp.
-Wipe down laundry room door, garage door, kitchen walls, dining room doorway, dining room base board, hallway spenders, back door, rails, top wooden stair, and the front door.
-Downstairs bathroom dirty toilet, inside drawers dirty, inside vanity dirty.
- Fireplace vents dusty.
-Guest bath had dirty nozzles, hair in tub, dirty toilet, dirty floor.
-Master bath had a dirty toilet and floors.
-Master room need to wipe down master doors, master closet walls and baseboard.
-Bonuses room had dirty doors and closet, wipe down bonus room doors.
-Kitchen: wipe down microwave, wipe down doorway from kitchen to living room.

In addition to everything that was not cleaned, I have pictures to prove how poorly of a job that they did. I requested they return the next day to redo the items that they missed. They were rude and acted as though I was completely in the wrong for asking them to come back. If they did their job the first time, then I wouldn't need them to come back.

In addition to the lack of professionalism, I texted [redacted], the owner of the business, to see how the remainder of the move out clean was going. She thought I was someone else and completely bad mouthed me. Never once did I speak inappropriately to her or her husband and I was always polite. She bad mouthed me for a couple of lengthy texts until I told her that she was texting me and not her friend. She said due to her unprofessional behavior, she would send me a $100 money back check. Well the lies continue and that check never showed up.

Apparently I took more interest in Think Green Cleaning than they do. I wanted their small business to thrive and support the local economy. I even referred them to a friend since I was so impressed (initially) by them and they seemed very professional. They ripped my friend off too and they skimped on her move out clean as well. I paid a lot of money and expected the job to be done right. I have pictures of the texts between myself and [redacted] as well as pictures of my filthy house. To same that I am disgusted is an understatement. They basically take advantage of the Marine Corps community that they live in by charging us for services that they do not do. I wanted this family owned business to thrive, but now I don't want anyone to go through the turmoil and horrible experience with them. I hope no one uses their company again.

Charged $525 for a move out clean that was poorly done and incomplete.Company is unprofessional and does not hold themselves accountable. The cleaning service was paid for and executed in mid-June. Service that was requested was a move out clean as I am in the U.S. Marine Corps and received orders to a new duty station. The amount paid to the company was $525 for a very thorough clean to include carpet cleaning of the 2 story home. The house was only scheduled to take the day to clean. The same day and upon completion of the clean my wife and I entered the home to see how the house looked and that is when we noticed a multitude of discrepancies. The kitchen and wood floors in the dining and front entrance were not clean as there was hair and crumbs scattered everywhere. Toilets were not clean, bathroom floors were not clean, debris left in drawers, microwave was not cleaned, bathtubs not cleaned, baseboards not clean, vanity not cleaned, fixed lamps not clean, there trash from cleaning was piled high in our outside trash can and laying on the ground next to the trash can which they are supposed to dispose of on their own. These are all things that they say they on their website under the services tab and then you click on move out icon it will pull up a description of what they do. In this case they obviously did not do. After going back and forth with the company and what informing them of what a poor job they did they finally agreed to come back the following day and re-clean the house. My wife met them at the house the following day at 0900 and told them what they needed to clean. They were to lock the house when they were done because this is the same day my family and I were supposed to start our drive to our new duty station. My wife left the house assuming they would begin cleaning and met me at the auto shop about 8 minutes down the road where I was getting an oil change for my truck which took approximate 30 to 40 minutes. Once the oil change was complete we left in our vehicle and our route takes us right by the main entrance to our neighborhood and to our surprise the cleaners were pulling out of our neighborhood. They had not been there for even an hour. There was nothing we could do because we had to start driving. Additionally, this is a husband and wife team that do this. As we are driving my wife begins to receive text messages from cleaning company (wife specifically) basically bad mouthing my wife. My wife informed the wife of the cleaning company that she was not texting her friend like she thought she was and that the things she was saying were rude and very unprofessional. The wife from the cleaning company offered a $100 refund for her unprofessionalism which we have not seen and it is July.Desired SettlementI don't know if there will be a resolution. They live by one of the largest military bases and I don't want what happened to me and my family to happen to anyone else especially young Marines with families. These people put on a very good front about being professional and how they are accountable for what they do but when it comes to it they are not and they think its appropriate to say nasty things about their customers. If the Revdex.com can contact and make them aware that people are dissatisfied with their service and that they need to be help accountable and be more professional then I think that would provide some sort of resolution.
