Think Green Pest Control Reviews (4)

Customer had stated he wanted a seasonal plan at the rate of $per service with services every other month during spring, summer and fall months (4-per year). Customer then wanted to add a pest not included to the plan in which we did for a one-time charge of $on the first visit.
At the end of today's service customer then decided he no longer wanted seasonal plan and only a one-time treatment. One-time treatments are more expensive than recurring seasonal plans (very standard in any service based industry). In which the charge will increase to fair market prices. We spent hours servicing this account. With apest treatments the one-time charge is $plus tax. Customer refused to pay for service in which both our company and the customer called the local police to settle the dispute
Resolution: Customer called me later today to settle the conflict. We agreed this was an unusual circumstance and that he would only pay for the original service price of $+ $ato total $plus tax. I have received payment and sent receipts to customer. I would like for this case to be dismissed since terms were resolved to the customers request in the original dispute

Revdex.com:
While the resolution is to my satisfactionThe business description of the events are not consistent with what happenedI do agree to the resolution and that would be to my satisfaction
The reason that this got escalated was because the technician started to threaten to call police and insisted on being paid $immediately and that he blocked the drive-way on my property and did allow me to go to workInstead he should have allowed a phone call to happen between the owner or send an invoice and resolve the payment laterAs I understood from the phone call with the owner as well, even if I had signed the Seasonal contract, I had days during which, to cancel, on good faith
I am re-stating for clarity on description of events,

Please see attached image for a list of treatments Please note we have serviced many times over the past two years With more application being free (6) vs (5) since I have shown this to illustrate the extent we have gone to attempt to make *** happy with our services
I can't agree that rain has caused every application to be ineffective Of course, this New England, it will eventually rain after all our applications Our applications are designed to combat weather with most pest treatments...especially bees/wasps Because of ***'s concern with our services in the year, I extended a trial plan in which we will service in for free in an attempt to regain her confidence Despite our best efforts the customer still remains unhappy I sympathize for ***'s concerns but I do stand behind all our work, hence the many service calls and a year's worth of free services We do not issue refunds for services rendered....especially for no charge applications Think GREEN Pest Control has spent a considered amount of time and money attempting to rectify any grievances that *** has had and will not extend any further special treatments In my personal opinion, this is a blatant attempt to scar a perfect reputation that Think GREEN has maintained over the past decade of existence

Review: The Green Pest Control company offerred to treat my house for Wasp, Carpenter Bees and Carpenter Ants. I verbally agreed to do for a seasonal contract for $90. After the treatment they increased their price by $45 because of spiders. On completion of the treatment, there were wasps under the sun-roof. When I questioned if he had done a thorough job and that I was not satisfied, the technician indicated that all spots cannot be reached. When I indicated that I am not going to be able to sign a services contract as I am not happy with the service, he asked to pay $395. I indicated that this was not the original agreement and that he can send me an invoice for that amount but I will contest as I never agreed for that price. The technician further blocked the drive-way and refused to move his car till he was paid. I had to call the police to move them off the property.Desired Settlement: I had to report the matter to policy. The company has to sent me an invoice for payment so that I can fully understand what is the $395 price for. Alternatively, I can pay $90 + $45 that I was communicated over phone in the verbal agreement after I receive an invoice.

One-time treatments are more expensive than recurring seasonal plans (very standard in any service based industry). In which the charge will increase to fair market prices. We spent 3 hours servicing this account. With add-on pest treatments the one-time charge is $450 plus tax. Customer refused to pay for service in which both our company and the customer called the local police to settle the dispute.

Resolution: Customer called me later today to settle the conflict. We agreed this was an unusual circumstance and that he would only pay for the original service price of $90 + $45 add-on to total $135 plus tax. I have received payment and sent receipts to customer. I would like for this case to be dismissed since terms were resolved to the customers request in the original dispute.
