We have spent thousands of dollars with previous SEO companies and NEVER had the results that TBS has been able to achieve. From the very start they have educated us on how to capture more business and what to expect when it comes to realistic campaign time frames. Our growth numbers speak for themselves, we are having to higher more people, upgrade in house IT infrastructures, all as a direct result of hiring TBS as our SEO partner. We have gone from a local regional flooring supplier in [redacted], into a national/world wide company . We believe in our organization its about WHO not the WHAT, and TBS is a dedicated partner in helping us achieve our goals.

Review: We retained thinkbigsites.com for SEO of our website [redacted]. The project involved on-page SEO as first step followed by off-page SEO. The charge for this service was $1750 per month. We were confirmed the on-page SEO was completed and then they proceeded with off-page SEO services.

We were assigned a project manager who communicated monthly activity report, a link to our ranking and monthly invoice receipts charged to our card.

After 3 months I reminded [redacted] that the ranking was not changing. He advised me to be patient as SEO ranking needed a few months time before we would see any progress.

I again reminded him after a couple of months. On this he checked and advised there was some issues that needed attention in on-page SEO and they have been corrected and now we will see some change. After some time I again reminded him that there is no change. At this time he stopped responding. Otherwise he would call me and always have verbal conversation rather than responding in writing to my emails.

However, they kept charging our card. We even tried calling our card issuer [redacted] to dispute charges and stop further charges but they did not intervene.

I then found and contacted one of the managing partners and complained to him, on which the project manager again called me and apologized that this is all due to not doing the on-page SEO correctly in the beginning. And now they will correct the problem and then SEO ranking will see improvement. I told him that this is his mistake, and if he feels if will work, he should correct the On-page SEO and do the off-page SEO for a couple of months without charging me. If the ranking change I will continue their services. I also asked him to reimburse some of the money as services were not provided.

By this time I was charged $ 14,000. He reluctant said he will return some money back and it will reflect in the next credit card statement. However, it never happened. He never corrected the in-page SEO. They just stopped all work.

It is a clear case of embezzlement of money. I request that you assist me in getting my money back. We are a small business and $14,000 is a lot of money for us.Desired Settlement: Refund $ 14,000 charged to us for which as per their own admission they failed to do proper work resulting in either no change in ranking, and in some negative growth in ranking of the selected search words.

Review: I purchased one month of SEO service from ** with the agreement that it will start once my website is done. My card was charged unauthorized the second month. I asked them to make the refund and it was [redacted] who said he made the electronic refund which never happened. I told them that I decided to go with a different direction and doesn't need SEO at the moment so I'd like to have a refund for both charges that were made to my card since SEO work were never started on my website. I was told that that they were going to send me a check which I provided my address. It has been a month and I have yet to see the check.Desired Settlement: I"d like to have a refund of $1750.
