When I called to have this charge removed, I spoke first with Amanda who was rude and merely repeated the company policy and was unwilling to answer specific questions I had in connection with my account. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked her to have a supervisor return my call. It did not happen. I called back and spoke with two other employees who said a supervisor would be returning my call and it did not happen. I called today and a fourth person, and she simply hung up on me when I refused to give my name and asked for the supervisor. How can they expect to run a successful business with such incompetence? Enjoyed working with this company; our house is beautiful and the work was "first class" -- the builder followed up and made sure everything was as promised.
