name is *** ***, I'm the owner of Thinker Things This letter is in response to a complaint submitted on 1/13/15, ID #***All Hydro Flask that are sold in our store can be returned for a full refund if purchased within days with an original receiptWith a gift receipt, the customer has days to exchange or receive a gift cardThis particular item (21oz Standard Mouth) has been discontinued, therefore we placed an " all sales final" on this receipt I feel the receipt states the return policy in the spirit of the law, however not the letter of the law. I apologize for the grammatical error on the receipt, and thus we made the changes I will also commit to additional training with all my employees to improve our customer service.
