inconvenience he experienced on November 10, 2015 when his scheduled tutor, Anthony, had a technical problem that prevented him from working with the student at the designated time. Our support representatives also helped the student reschedule for the following day, although he did not attend that appointment. 
The student's claim about false advertising of free hours is incorrect and, at most, a misunderstanding of the correspondence we had sent him regarding this incident and our award(s) of additional free tutoring time. This student (as do all students at his school) initially had 10 hours of free online tutoring privileges with our company. In response to this incident and other complaints from this student, ThinkingStorm has granted him an a total of 3.25 additional hours of free tutoring, giving him a total of 13.25 hours of free tutoring privileges for the 2015 calendar year.
