We were sent 3 brand new hand held credit card processing machines,with the signing of a contract with this company they were sent free of charge as a courtesy for our changing from our current processing company to Impulse well, from day one not one of the devices worked properly. After our company reopened from covid-19 I contacted the office of Impulse Payments and asked for tech support I explained the problem was that every day in the morning when I opened the office all three devices had an error message on the receipt paper,the message was not able to connect to update. Well her and I worked for over an hour on this problem to the point that she informed me that she was going to order 3 more new ones and have them shipped out asap and that I needed to send back the non working units. Well the new ones came in and I boxed up the non working 3 and I could not find 1 charger so I set it aside to try and find the charger time goes by and I forgot about them sitting in a box. So last week on Monday I go to the bank to make a deposit to find my account was short $2029.68 so I called the bank to learn that Impulse had forced the all the credit card charges threw the bank and then charge my account $676.56 X 3 for each device, they have since returned all of the money except $321.50 I found out today that this was a restocking fee how can you restock something that does not work I want my full refund not a parcel. These guys not once sent me a reminder to let me know that if I didn't send them back it would cost me $2,029.68 no email no call nothing, they went into my account like robbers in the night and took this money, and now don't want to return it all.This is terrible customer service, a quick call or email could have avoided this complaint. No one informed me of this high way robbery would happen if I did not return there broken equipment on time.

us late last week in regards to the $321.50. As a gesture of good faith, a refund in the amount of $321.50 was entered
in our system on August 19, 2020. The matter, at that time we deemed to be closed
since the refund was already issued. The
refund should have already been posted to the merchant’s account, depending on
his bank work around time frame. We appreciate
your attention to this matter. Should
