Review: This company is a complete scam. I ordered a trial for 2 types of weight loss pills, not realizing somewhere in the very tiny print that you are signing up for some sort of program. When I realized I was being charged, I cancelled immediately and put in a fraud complaint with my credit card company. My credit card company advised it must be handled as a dispute, so I did this with Thin Nutra - they claimed to try to reimburse my credit card, but since it was cancelled the refund would not process. My credit card company advised that this should not be the case, as the card was closed for purchases only, not for refunds. They advised to ask Thin Nutra for a check to be issued, which I did, and of course, I have heard nothing back from them. Every time I call they say someone will call me back, and I've sent them numerous emails. They lied about trying to issue the refund, and this company is operating under false pretenses and do nothing but lure you in with trial products, only to lock you into paying big dollars for absolutely nothing. I would really appreciate if someone could just get back to me on a status of my refund.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to be refunded my $83.00 that thin nutra dishonestly charged me.

Review: I ordered a trial bottle of this product advertised for free except shipping. I did have to give my credit card info. The terms of this order was not made clear to me and now less than 3 weeks later they took $83.08 from my checking account. I called the company Friday November 8th and no one returned my call until Monday November 11th. I spoke to a customer support person June, I canceled my order immediately and asked for a refund of $83.08 which was refused. She then informed me I had to cancel within the first 10 days of my order which I was not aware of. When I received my order in the mail their was an invoice but nowhere did it state that I had 10 days to cancel or be charged the $83.08 dollars. I believe they led you to falsely believe that this product was "free" for first bottle and then would be charged if received a second bottle/. I am not sure I can receive a refund but I would like to put on record that this company offers false advertising and steals the consumer's money. Review: I ordered a trial bottle of there product Garcinia Cambogia for $4.95 that claims to help stomach wait loss. I made no request to have anything further than one trial bottle. On about the 10 I received a package in the mail of another bottle with no receipt inside. I then decided to check my account to see if they charged my account to discover they had charged my account twice. Once on 12/09/2013 for $83.08 and again on 01/06/2014 for $83.08 which completely shocked me. When I called up the first time 01/13/2014 around 7:30 the guy said he would transfer me to customer service which he said no one was answering. I then asked to speak with manager he said they are not available. He then tried to transfer me to customer service where I was disconnected. I then got an email that said my subscription was cancelled. I called back and got a hold of customer service and asked her why I was charged and she had no answer and said another department would handle and again asked to speak with a manager which she said I could not speak to. I then got another email saying I was being refunded 83.08 half of what they took and the claim was settled. I replied it was not settled and they still owed me another 83.08. My complaint is they have taken my money without my consent and charged my card twice. I did not request to have more pills sent or agree to ridiculous charges of 83.08 a bottle. They are scaming people and this should be stopped. I want all my money back. In addition there product made no difference and did not help me lose any weight after trying the trial bottle. Review: On March 3rd paid 4.95 for a trail on their weight loss pills. Never received them. On March 14 charged 89.95 for the monthly fee and more pills and again never received them. For the last 4 days I have contacted them only to be told someone will call me back. I have yet to receive a phone call.Desired Settlement: Money back

Review: I PURCHASED A TRIAL OFFER OF GARCINIA CAMBOGIA THROUGH A MOBILE FACEBOOK APPLICATION. I DID NOT SEE THE SMALL PRINT THAT ADVISED THAT IF I DID NOT CONTACT THE COMPANY WITHIN 14 DAYS OF MY INTIAL SIGN UP THAT I WAS AGREEING TO AN ONGOING PAYMENT DRAFT FROM MY CREDIT CARD. ONCE I REALIZED THAT I HAD BEEN SIGNED UP FOR THE PRODUCT I RETURNED THE BOTTLE OF PILLS TO THE SENDER WITH A NOTE TO CEASE THE SUBSCRIPTION. I THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER BOTTLE THE FOLLOWING MONTH; I AGAIN RETURNED THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME MANNER. AT THAT POINT I HAD TO LOCATE THE COMPANY AND MAKE A CALL TO ENSURE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION WAS STOPPED. THE COMPANY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE INTIAL TRIAL OFFER AND 3 ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF $89.97 FOR EACH MONTH OF "MEMBERSHIP". THE COMPANY REIMBURSED THE LAST MONTH ARE NOT COOPERATING WITH THE RETURN OF THE PRIOR MONTHS.Desired Settlement: I UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY HAVE SOME CULPABILITY IN NOT REVIEWING THE TERMS MORE CLOSELY BUT DO NOT FEEL THAT I SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE RETURNED UNOPENED. I AM REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT OF THE 3 MONTHS THAT WERE CHARGED.

Review: I accepted a trial offer with company and then canceled. In January received two charges for orders that I did not approve. Received email notifications again that more product was being shipped and one charge already hit the card. I have canceled the card to avoid further billing. The toll free number you cal is a 3rd party answering services who submits information over. I have started the dispute process with the bank who attempted to do conference calls with the company and also received the 3rd party. The agent there finally said she gets 60 calls every week with similar sistuations and that the company never responds. Review: I recently ordered a trial bottle of their product and was told I would only have to pay for the shipping. This was not a problem! I was never informed of a trial plus 80.00 for the product after 14 days, believe me I was looking. 14 days later my account was drafted the 83.00 and I attempted to contact the company several time with no luck. I finally got one of their answering services and they informed me that I needed to contact my bank because they have been getting several calls about the same issue. When I finally got in contact with their customer service they continuously informed me that because I didn't cancel the order in 14 days then I was liable. I informed them several times that there was never any indication of the 14 days when I ordered or I would not have ordered their product. They stopped communicating with me about this. I am very unhappy with the way this was handled and I feel I was deceived on their website, which I might add now shows the 14 days. An easy fix for a programmer!Desired Settlement: The price of the second draft refunded of 83.08.
