Review: Dear Revdex.com;

On June *, 2015 I sent an email to the THINX customer service representation regarding an online order for 8 THINX panties, an expensive and specialty brand for women. I followed the sizing guide and unfortunately, the product received was too small. The customer service representative, Maria, told me I could either receive 8 new THINX in the correct size or receive a refund. She warned me there would be a delay and I would not receive the product until the end of June.

The end of June came and went so I reached out again. This time I was told it would be a few more weeks. This wait has continued. The past few inquiries I sent (via email, through their website and voicemail) have gone unanswered.

I originally ordered these to help with a health issue I have as I am allergic to traditional menstrual products. I had hoped to alleviate my allergy but have not yet been able to do so.

I have all of the email exchanges saved and can provide them if needed.

Review: I placed an order with this company in late August, received an email that my order would be shipped on September *, 2015. As well I purchased two day shipping as I was leaving the country for three months. Then I did not receive any correspondence from the company that my order had been placed on back order. It was not until I sent a Facebook message, a month after placing my order that my product shipped. I still have not received a response to my repeated attempts to attain a refund. The company has not returned one message to me regarding my product.Desired Settlement: I wrote the business that I wanted a refund and to cancel my order but received no response then a couple of days later it posted that my order was shipped. I do not want this item as well would like to be refunded for my two day shipping.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 1/**/2015. I still had not received the items by 2/**. After contacting them regarding the lack of shipment, they supposedly were shipping it out the week of 2/**. I've heard nothing since (It's now 3/*/2015) despite repeated emails and a phone call last week.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money refunded.
