Regarding the matter with ID # ***The customer discussed with us that night and we explained it must be a pending hold charge from her financial institution, again on on Monday and Tuesday following she contacted us by phone and email and we
explained to her we could not refund money we did not have We submitted the attached "credit card info" report showing all cards and charges with the last digits of her card used, again showing no charge of $100, no unvalid charges to her account We reiterated that she should contact her financial institution and that it is likely a "pending" hold from her financial institutionWe also verified with our Credit Card processing company Mercury Payment systems that we did not have a $charge in our system or account from her card as well We asked her again to contact her financial institution and see what they said We have communicated all this via phone and email to Ms***, got no response from the last communication with all of our documentation we are providing More that likely this issue had cleared itself up with her own financial institution releasing the hold by now We consider this item closed and resolvedPlease feel free to contact us for any further informationI would appreciate notification of this item being resolved

I went to this location for an eventThe bartender ignored me several times while taking care of the men around me who were flirting with herIn fact, I waited about an hour for extra tortilla chipsI even tried getting her attention, and she passed me several timesLater, one of the bartenders held a fundraiser event for a friendI could not make it, but had some information that I thought would be helpful for his situationIn addition, I noticed that one of their social media sites didn't appear to be working properly, so informed them of this since I was contacting them anywaysI did not receive a response, and followed up about a month later
At this time, I was contacted by someone who then threw me into some sort of company drama regarding cutting checksI told her I had no idea what she was talking about, and she continued onShe then tried to tell me what to write in my review to the Revdex.com and has yet to give me the contact information of her DM
