All vehicles we have are sold without a warranty and each customer that purchases a vehicle with us signs an "AS IS NO WARRANTY" form A copy of this form is given to them as well We have a few mechanics that have agreed to give our customers a better labor rate rather than charge them full labor rates This is a way we try to save the customer some money if the used vehicle does need maintenance

*** *** was told that her past due amount and repo fee with storage fees was on January 22nd. Before making any payment, a late charge was added as well bringing the total to past due as of January 27th. *** called on January 27th stating
she didn't know if she would be redeeming the vehicleOn February 6th *** called and said she would pay 2000.00 however called later and paid and said that she would pay another later in the day. On February 11th another payment came due and now total due was 373.17. The collected was applied to the originally past due and for the payment due February 11thThe balance of the payment *** made was and was refunded to her so that she could make arrangements to pay for the storage and repo fee. Once she was told the vehicle was not at our location she stated that she could have someone pick it up in Michigan. We also gave her cost estimates to have her vehicle transported by a third party company as well as offering to sell her another vehicle depending on the condition of hers. Full payment for storage and repo fees were never collected in full. If there was a communication error, knowing the totals and the storage and repo fees were not paid, we could not have had this vehicle brought to Texas. If we were able to, a transportation fee would also then need to be charged to Ms*** Steven Quiroz General Manager 512-833-

I am rejecting this response because: this is not what happened at all, however, since the calls are monitored and recorded I believe that the phone recordings should be played instead of going back and forth because the phone calls tell exactly what happened
