My husband got a tire rotation and balance from here last week and we just called to tell them the tires were wobbling, and my husband had to pull over to tighten all lug nuts on all 4 tires.

At first they claimed that no one had worked on his truck and asked for an invoice number. They looked up the invoice and got back on the phone and told us to come up there and they would make sure they were tightened and we would receive a full refund. We get up there and an employee came up to the window and said I just talked to my manager, and stated that we would need a receipt from where ever else stating that the lug nuts were loose. He switched the whole story telling my husband something totally different than what he told him over the phone.

This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional place I have EVER seen. It's not even about the money or getting a refund. We wanted to let them know because we could've lost our life by our tires falling off driving down the road. But the fact that they tell us one thing and then all of a sudden they need a receipt showing where we went and got the bolts tightened.

Desired Settlement: Billing Adjustment I want a refund like they initially said. This was my kids life on the line.

In reference to the aforementioned case. It is standard procedure for us to request documentation from a customer who is alleging we failed to perform a service as required. The customer told the manager () that another tire company had told him that we had left all his lug nuts loose. This was approximately a week after the service was performed. Since we hadn't been allowed to view the vehicle my manager did request that we get something from the tire shop that told them the lugs were loose. Once again this is normal procedure. If the customer will get us something from them showing we left the lugs loose we will refund their money. If they can't produce this for us we will be glad to help them out by calling whoever worked on it ourselves to hear what they said we did wrong. If neither of these options are palatable to the customer then have them call us directly and we will see what we can do to work this out to their satisfaction. We want everyone who gets their car serviced with us to be satisfied and it is obvious that they are not.

Again, it is not about the refund. It's the fact that nobody around there communicates obviously. The original manager that told us to come back to get a refund and tighten our lug nuts, was the one we told that we had JUST pulled over and had to tighten to lug nuts ourselves. What gets me, is that we NEVER, not once, mentioned that a shop tightened them. Until we came to see you guys in person, you did not mention it when we were on the phone. Have you not ever heard "the customer is always right?" In my years of customer service, that is the one motto we go by. Again, this is the most unprofessional place I have ever went to. We had multiple people not recommend coming to you guys because of the poor customer service.

ALSO, my father had mentioned we had a leak it looked like and to check it. Turns out, y'all left the bolts on the oil pan lose. After that, I wasn't even going to call you and mention it because, 1: we tightened them ourselves & 2: the first issue has not been resolved.

Also, my fathers company brings his fleet of vehicles to you guys and he also said he would not be returning.

This issue has NOT been resolved because I am trying to get through to you guys that you do not tell a customer one thing or get the phone and then a completely different story when they are told to come up there in person.

I am very sorry that you are still upset. I am trying to resolve this issue. It appears to be simply be a miscommunication. If the asst. manager you first spoke to on the phone did not tell you that we would want to see something from the tire company you took your truck to, then he was in error. Once again we are not saying we won't stand behind our work. If you would like to try and resolve this, then I suggest that you call *** and we will do everything we can to resolve this. Once again I'm sorry that you are not satisfied and hope we can work together to resolve this.

was the one we originally tried to resolve this with. The fact that you just completely ignored the oil pan makes me just want to drop everything and just never return. Obviously we're going in circles here. Thanks for your time, but I don't appreciate that nothing was resolved. You have our number so you could have called us if you wanted to resolve this. My family nor I will not be returning here. Have a great day.

Once again, I am sorry you are not satisfied. I do want to resolve this. But once you lodge a complaint against us with the Revdex.com we are obliged to communicate this way unless you call us. Also *** is the store manager and is eager to resolve this, but we cannot do so unless you call or come by so we can address the situation. I also apologized for the misunderstanding that we had over one person sayin something and the manager requesting something else. It was just a miscommunication. We are trying very hard to resolve this situation but truly we cannot unless you either call the store or come by for us to talk in person. Nothing can be done through this forum. I have offered several ways to try and resolve this and nothing was acceptable to you. I don't know what else to do. Please call or come by and we will do whatever we can to make you happy.
