This complaint is a little confusing to us On 12/31/the customer's son went in to the Puyallup Salon and purchased products under his Mother's name She then called the Salon and said that he had purchased the wrong item, so we know she is aware of the purchase On 1/4/17, we get the response from Revdex.com forwarded from the customer, saying that Puyallup is too far away and she rejects our responseWe are confused as to why she is rejecting our response as it seems Puyallup would be a viable optionWe will mail a check for the original product she had wanted to return She can keep the productWe feel this should resolve this issue

On 12/7/our Corporate Office received a phone call from the customer regarding some product she wanted to return to our Bonney Lake location where she had purchased it and was told she could not by Sam, the Manager Tammy, who spoke with the customer followed up by calling Sam to find out
what the reason was for refusing to refund her money Sam said that because of a conversation that the customer had had with the hair stylist the previous day, she didn't feel comfortable refunding her money Tammy then contacted Sheryl, Sam's supervisor She spoke with her about the product refund and the fact that the customer had felt that she was treated rudely by Sam Sheryl spoke with Sam and then spoke with Kristina, the Manager of the Puyallup location who said that the customer had contacted her as well about the refund On approximately 12/8/Kristina was again contacted by the customer and she told her at that time that she could bring the product to her Salon for the refund and was even told by the customer that she may be bringing her daughter to the Puyallup location for her future hair services We thought that everything was taken care of with that conversation between Kristina and the client It wasn't until 12/21/when the client called our Corporate Office again that we found out she she hadn't returned the product to Puyallup and didn't consider the matter solved Tammy telephoned both Sheryl and Kristina On 12/22/Tammy tried to call the customer to tell her that we were sorry that we had thought it was all taken care of, but left a voicemail with the information as the customer didn't answer her telephoneWe are sorry that it took time to reach the appropriate people to discuss the incident during a very busy Christmas time in our hair salons We do not condone any rude behavior from our employees to any customer and sincerely apologize for that if it took place

I had originally contacted the Puyallup store to get information for the district mgrsince I couldn't get it from the Bonney Lake store The mgr there asked what it was regards to, and I explained what took place in the Bonney Lake storeShe apologized and offered to take my returnI don't feel that's the right solution to the problemThe district mgr should have contacted me, and the issue with the rude mgr should be resolved so I can go to the store where I've been shopping for the last 6-yearsIt would be out of my waybto go to PuyallupThere was no reason for Sam to deny my return when the product was used twice between my daughter and IAlso, there is also no good reason for no response in weeksIt's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers.

This is a response from Brenda, the Salon Director of the Federal Way location.  On Saturday, February 11, 2017, [redacted]'s Grandma called the Salon and let me know [redacted] was unhappy about the color she had received that day in our Salon.  She was getting ready to go to the store to get...

a color to apply to her hair to try to fix it at home. I apologized and offered for her to bring her Granddaughter into the Salon and I would fix it for her.  She was going to talk to her Granddaughter and then call me back.  That was around 4 p.m. on Saturday.  I did not hear from her again until we got a request for a refund on our website.  We stand behind our products and services 100%.  I would have been more than happy to return her money and fix her color.  On 3/2/17 we refunded [redacted]'s credit card $175. Brenda is actually a trainer for the Joico line of hair color. She would have been able to help [redacted]'s hair reach the desired color outcome.  We are sorry that she had to go through all of this on her 16th birthday.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have discussed this arrangement with [redacted] Landscaping and they are performing the corrective repairs at this time. Both [redacted] Landscaping and myself have been deeply frustrated by the promises of the owner of JVG Concrete to meet and resolve this issue for over a year and he has failed to return calls or meet as promised. I would not use JVG Concrete for any further concrete work nor would I recommend their services based on my experience.
