I have been with these apartments for about years nowI moved from one apartment to another because I wanted a bigger apartment than the otherAt the first apartment I experienced a.c problems and they finally decided to provide a new one after it completely gave out and was handled by management pretty wellHowever, when I got in this new apartment with bigger space, everything was going well till a couple months laterGetting accused of someone else living in my apartment, having management ask me personal questionsI pay rent on time and never have I had problems with neighbors complaining about meI have been a loyal resident but this past weekend when my a.c caught on fire and I had to use a fire extinguisher just made me feel even more unsafe even though maintenance does a great job it still doesn't guarantee my safteyOn Monday I was hoping to hear from management but never did I receive a call in the morning to ask if I was okay or if there is anything they can doI physically went in person and went to talk to the manager Vanessa and she was aware of the situationBeing a manager, you should always follow up immediately the next morning to the resident that experienced such a horrific experienceI wish I didn't have to stay in these apartments but being a student I do not have enough money to pay extra dollars to buy out my apartment nor do I want to have someone live in the unsafe apartment and experience what I have

The amounts billed are correct. The balance due is $885.95. This is for cleaning, trashing out the apartment, replacing one blind, pet treatment and replacing the carpet due to pet damage. I've attached the move statement to show the amounts for each charge. All work orders submitted by [redacted]...

were taken care of right away. The a/c leak was submitted 9/29/10 at 4:08pm and was taken care of right away. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sutton House has very bad customer service. Their maintenance people are rude and show no sign of urgency. My A/C went out and when I called the automated system said for emergencies such as A/C not working press 3. Will upon doing so the technician said A/C is not considered an emergency and that they would not come out to service it because they dont work late, even though they are on call. My kids slept in the heat and upon calling again to report it, they have still failed to send anyone. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and I rarely make any request. And the time I need it, they fail to live up to expectations. Look elsewhere for a place to live. Rude the maintenance man is rude and will not do much to help out. Angel the manager does nothing to help either. You can read reviews and tell yourself just another customer who is always complaining but I rarely complain. So stay away. Looking forward to the end of lease.
