Review: Have bought two separate items from this company. Both of which never met listed specifications. I have contacted the company many time both via phone and email, with no resolution. For the first I was able to contact paypal and they were able to refund my money. The second item I bought was listed to have a 2 year warranty. I item just life the one pervious to that failed. I contacted the company with little to no help from their end. Would not return phone calls or emails. Stating that they never received, but when was on the phone they said that the email went to their spam folder. I've requested to have direct contact with the head of sales for the company with no response. The item that I bought in oct 13 was warrantied for 2 years directly through Third Gear. Item failed and requested a full refund for item that dose not work. I've got all phone and email records that I did contact the company. With no resolution. I've told them that I would be filing a grievance with them on Revdex.com. They had no problem with that, and basically laughed the issues off. Since this is the second time that this company has short ended myself. I don't want to see this same problem happen to others. So I'm coming to you to help with the issue. Thanks you for your timeDesired Settlement: I would like to not workable item returned in full. With all shipping paid and resolved ASAP been over one month since I've came to them with this problem. I would also like to see repercussions to this company the same as it has effected myself directly and others. So these problems do not happen ever again.

This client is clearly trying to take advantage of our warranty policy. He says the items do not work on his car which we will still gladly replace any defective component, but wants us to provide him with a shipping label to send everything back. He is saying regardless if we were to receive the items back and tested the electrically components to find out that they are all working, he still wants a refund for this purchase. Being electrical components we have no control if his car is causing the malfunction and even tried to help trouble shoot the problem with him. Instead, he gave an ultimatum to my client service rep and hung up on her when she said his requests were against the store's policy. Our warranty policy clearly states, "We will replace any defective part after they are tested at our facility and the client is responsible for all shipping costs." I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The reasoning why I am not going to accept this. Is this is not the first time that this company has not acted appropriate response to me. There is a few glitches in what the is being said. First off. I contact the company 5 times. With them responding to my first response with tell me that is was in need of a regulator. This was not the case at all. I recontacted 3 times after. With NO response for anyone. I have ALL records both emails and voice calls that were made to this company. Then after I make my last call. I asked the representative why they have refused to respond to my questions. The response was. "It went to spam." The biggest problem I have is. This exact same this have pervious to purchasing the headlights. Also as for handing up on the rep on the phone is a completely untrue. I had this conversation with Third Gear on my trucks blue tooth, with someone else in my vehicle. So I will be more then happy to have them testify that it was no myself who hung up rather Third Gear. My request was pretty simply. I asked to talk with that persons boss. Their response was he's busy. I told her to have him call me at his earliest convince. Did I ever get a call back, which the call was made on 12/23/13? Absolutely NOT. One other, how can I try and take advantage of a companies warranty, when that company will not return any previous request. I will also send the letter directly from Ebay where the first item was purchased. To show that even Ebay. Said that the sell that sold the product is not one that we want on our site. And returned my money directly to paypal. So it's not just me its a credible sore saying the exact same things that I am not.

Review: I had bought an item from EBay which was provided by this company.when I received item it was broken so I immediately returned it this was on 11/08/2013.I sent a message to the company stating item broken and I am returning it and also provided tracking number. I asked in my initial email what if they needed anything further and if I can get my shipping cost refunded due to item was received broken. after four days the company never contacted me so I did leave a negative feedback. Right after I received a response from company. I been back and forth with company and they are now holding sending me my item and also my money until after I revise my negative feed back.
