Customer was asked specifically about a power steering pump customer responded he only wanted the pulley so we did not ship one. All items left our facility in good condition and the package was packed accordingly we ship out many of these systems and never have had an issue. Upon request customer... sent photos of shipping box that was destroyed by the shipping company after insulting our company and filing this claim. We have contacted the shipping company to get a resolution with them. We were happy to work with the customer until he insulted and was rude with us then we decided that for all parties involved it would be best if he just sent the items back and we went our separate ways. As for the AC compressor (damaged in shipping) these pumps/compressors are only cores used to help setup the system these are not tested and more then likely do not work that is stated before hand and is understood by most customers. The hardware was packaged in the box but after seeing the condition of the box its pretty fair to say that was lost when the box was destroyed in shipping. The customer could have avoided all of this had he contacted us upon receiving the package that looked very damaged we could have resolved the issue right away with the shipping company. As for the $10 fee the customer was told there is a fee for credit card use like 90% of local businesses we don't gt that money that is not our fault it should not even be in the conversation he was given all payment options and choose that one. As for the late shipping the customer was notified of an issue with one of the brackets that was broken so his options would have been wait the extra week or receive a broken pulley customer was happy to wait for the unbroken part, but now hat he has filed a claim he has tired to find as many issues with the transaction as possible to make our company look bad. We work very hard to assure our customers have a very satisfying experience and we work very hard to resolve all issues if any come up. This is a special case were the customer went over our heads and contacted The RevDex.com . Customer has been informed that we are working with the shipping company currently.

I have gotten zero communications from 3rd  gen/will clark since 8/10/2017. I have no  hardware to install the components. no alternator,  no power steering pump, no good condition AC compressor I did not receive all the components that was agreed on for this  transaction, I was in no way complaining about a $10 fee, I   was trying to show a timeline of  events along with full communications=FACTS.  I am in no way insulting anyone, I am trying to resolve a purchase agreement. as stated, in my communications, send me a pre paid shipping label and I will ship it back in better packing  that the way I got it and refund my  money, or simply complete the sales agreement that was done by phone and email
