The girl who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever met in my lifeShe hung up on me because she failed to contact me thirty minutes before to let me know the technician was coming outI have it documented in my phone that she called me at to tell me that the technician was on his way, then at to tell me he arrivedThat is NOT a minute noticeI let her know I was on my way at 256, because I couldn't stay at my house due to me not having any running water and a newbornWhen I arrived the technician was pulling out so I called back to ask if she can contact the technician and she hung up on meThis is the absolute worst company ever and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

The warranty company referred me to this companyThey were very unprofessional and very poor customer serviceThe managers never returned phone calls, and the front desk person hung up on meUnbelievable that this terrible company is still in business
