Third Generation Plumbing and Mechanical is a delightful company to do business with! The technicians have always been so nice and knowledgeable and the office staff does their best to assist with all that they can!

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST!! DO NOT USE!!! American Home Shield, my home warranty company sent these crooks out to fix a leaky shower valveRobby, the tech, said the cartridge was calcified and could not be replaced and had $in additional "necessary" non-covered charges on the work orderBeing suspicious of this, I called a local plumber for a second opinionThey ended up simply replacing the cartridge, that Third Generation said could not be replacedA quick and inexpensive fix that, had I used Third Generation Plumbing, would have cost over $in non-covered expenses

Once again Third Generation came through with positive results!
Our new air-conditioning system stopped running because the condenser water would not drain fast enough PJ quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately Again, we are impressed with Third Generation's knowledgeable and competent employees!

We recently had Third Generation install a new American Standard A/C System. The entre team were true professionals. They guided us in tailoring the system to our unique needs and managed a difficult installation with ease. They were knowledgeable, had a strong work ethic and we would highly recommend them.

The warranty company referred me to this company. They were very unprofessional and very poor customer service. The managers never returned 2 phone calls, and the front desk person hung up on me. Unbelievable that this terrible company is still in business.

The girl who answers the phone is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She hung up on me because she failed to contact me thirty minutes before to let me know the technician was coming out. I have it documented in my phone that she called me at 256 to tell me that the technician was on his way, then at 308 to tell me he arrived. That is NOT a 30 minute notice. I let her know I was on my way at 256, because I couldn't stay at my house due to me not having any running water and a newborn. When I arrived the technician was pulling out so I called back to ask if she can contact the technician and she hung up on me. This is the absolute worst company ever and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
