I am rejecting this response because:I would like a refund for murchandise that I perchased, lunch, and tickets. Merchandise:tickets at $ eachgold pans at $eachpack gold kit $5.00Tweezers $10.00Roaring camp sticker $3.00Magnet $5.00Snifer bottle $15.00Roaring camp hooded sweatshirt.$gas mileageBroken fishing pole from truck ride $120.00I will give the merchandise back that we paid for, for a rembursement. We wanted to give roaring camp another try, because we support local businesses being locals, but *** only gave the option of a refund for tickets, unfortunately we no longer wish to go back. I have already responded to this customer, on Friday after they expressed their unhappiness I immediately talked to my staff, the other customer on the tour, and all of the other customers that were following this tour into camp All were extremely happy and very delighted to be in camp and
with the tour However because we at Roaring Camp want everyone to be happy I attempted to contact this customer and was unable to get a hold of them until yesterday 6/19/17, I expressed that we definitely take this very seriously and that I spoke to all parties involved that day all were delighted to be in camp, however because this customer was unhappy I would be more that happy to refund their money for the tour and to send them a check and would mail it to them so they did not have to drive back here to get it She informed me that they would be happy to come and pick it up and we made arrangement to do so on Wednesday after noon The tour was $per person and for them showed up so I agreed on the refund of $ I do know they ate cheeseburgers, had a few drinks, bought a sweatshirt, some mining equipment which they took home with themAs far as I am concerned the matter was taken care of, I would be happy to have all others involved in camp make a statement, I do have some rather personal complaints about the these customers from other customers in camp but do not feel it would be appropriate to discuss in this e-mail Please feel free to contact me by phone or give me a phone # to call Revdex.com.***Roaring Camp Mining Company*** ***
