After considering several companies, we selected Third Space Builders because of their professionalism and attention to detail during the design phaseOur project was extensive, remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room as well as other cosmetic improvements in a new house we purchasedThe entire experience from the design to the final punch list was excellentI have worked with contractors several times before and you don’t find many companies that do exactly what they say, on time, and within budgetAny uncovered items during the demolition and construction phase are presented with options – and some were corrected without bringing them to our attentionThis company cares and it showsI am happy to act as a reference in the future

Save yourself unnecessary headaches with any remodel job and avoid Third Space Builders [redacted] and *** were a nightmare to work withThey delivered amateur-looking results and were quick to demand payment for unsatisfactory and unfinished workWe were told on multiple occasions that fixing the products they incorrectly installed and/or broke would not make financial sense for themThey dragged out a 1-month process to an almost 5-month process because we were not a priority to them once they received a bulk of their moneyA new and different excuse was given by every one of their employees that came to our home as to why their work looked so awfulNow we will have to pay another legitimate contractor to fix their mistakes, but not before Third Space posted pictures of the interior of our home online without our permissionI can't imagine having a worse experience with a contractor since we did not receive what was promised, their "finished" product was not delivered remotely close to when it was promised, and trying to get them to fix their shoddy work was met with snark and derisionThere are plenty of good contractors that can do good work - but Third Space Builders has no business ethics and no quality end product

I have worked with contractors several times before and you don’t find many companies that do exactly what they say, on time, and within budget. Any uncovered items during the demolition and construction phase are presented with options – and some were corrected without bringing them to our attention. This company cares and it shows. I am happy to act as a reference in the future.
