We apologize for the experience that you had with ThirdLove's payment systemWe see you had placed an order with us for our Try Before You Buy offer on January 26, 2017, order # ***This offer allowed you to try our bra for days before
we charged your card on file for the full cost of the bra which was $68.
We attempted to charge your *** *** ** *** on February 25, for $in order to complete your try periodYour card declined the charge and we continued to try and capture payment for this item every monthSince we still had not been able to charge the card on file for the outstanding payment, on July my colleague attempted to call you and then reached out to you via email with a link to update your payment information
You responded right away and we do see that you updated your payment informationAfter you entered your new payment information with *** *** ** ***, your bank blocked the transaction and we were unable to capture payment againThis is why we had emailed you again on August 2, still looking for payment from youWe do apologize for any confusion caused and a member of our customer experience team will reach out to you in regard to this matter shortly.

The customer has returned the item and the Try Before Buy order has been cancelled. On 5/9/2017, we communicated with the customer to inform her that she will not be charged for the cost of the bra.
