After several more emails, the company did finally agree to comp tickets to another event, which is wonderful.

To whom it may concern, *** *** had sent an email on Sunday Dec 10th, about his complaint while attending our *** eventWe do have timed tickets, our Fast Pass and our Skip the Line ticketsWhich are let in closest to the time they have chosenWe did have four characters
that are outside to entertain the crowd prior to enteringWe had many great reviews about this event and tend to be extremely busyThis is also the time where we tend to collect funds for our anti-bullying campaign Don’t Be A Monster.We replied Monday Dec 11th (As our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Mountain time.)On Dec 12th he sent another email stating the following telling us that he was aware we have a no refund policy but would have liked a partial refund.We still stated that “like sporting events and large attractions, we do not give refunds under any circumstance.” Which also posted on our websites, purchasing site and ticketsThank you for taking the time to read this,13th Floor DenverTell us why here
