I had ordered items through a good friend I have known for years as she had become a sales repShe found out that her order got cancelled simply because she had previously order and cancelled too many timesI find that distasteful for two reasonsWhen you deal with customers you have to give them the right to change their minds or else they will never buy any more items because they will feel pressured and two there were orders she had placed that customers (including me) were looking forward too and they just arbitrarily cancelled them after she paid for the items

She found out that her order got cancelled simply because she had previously order and cancelled too many times. I find that distasteful for two reasons.
