Review: This Is A Love Photography was hired to photograph our wedding May **,2013. After taking our photo's our photographer did not answer emails or deliver our photos in a timely manner and broke her contract in terms of date of delivery for both an online gallery and our discs of photo's. Both were received only after having several ignored emails and finally notifying her that she had broken her contract. (contracts & emails available upon request) Lizz was paid in full before the wedding and delivered late and failed to hold up to her contract even though we held up our end.Desired Settlement: My husband requested a refund of 30% of what we paid of the $2,500 which would be $750. [redacted] ignored his email and when approached again for the refund she claimed she didn't receive it and also refused to contact with us any further. We are not asking for a full refund, she came and worked that day and we are pleased with the photo's she took,however she did break contract and was extremely unprofessional and did not live up to her end of the contract as agreed upon by all parties.Thank You.
