ThisisBoise reluctantly and rudely refunded my money after they were contacted by the Revdex.comAs the clients we were treated as if they were doing us a favor by simply provided invoices to show where my money was being spent in ads or any service in general The owner Jennifer never identified herself as such until I asked to speak to a manger regarding her behaviorI have been managing businesses in this community for over years and have never experience this lack of professionalism with another business owner beforeI do not accept this reply from ThisisBoise as all the statements are falseWe were never difficult or condescending , just the fact she speaks this way to paying clients proves my pointJennifer defiantly told me and I have the email that she needed my money due to the fact they were small business and could not afford the loss and then told me she would not be communicating with me or my employees any longer but would not refund my money! I could continue as Jennifer’s statements are untrue but I’m going to take the high road here , I just felt it necessary to warn other business

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]

Here is our response to this claim.
The claims by our previous clients are completely unwarranted. We were never difficult to work with. Nor would we ever put their business at risk. We managed their SM for a full year. Everything was absolutely going great until we switched their SM manager this...

past April. That was when our point of contact started to send condescending and belittling emails to their manager. We understand that not everyone is a perfect fit for specific clients and we of course made sure to respond in the most professional and informative manner, through it all, to make sure we were both explaining our procedures as well as making sure we did whatever it took to make the client happy.
We even had a meeting, in May. The client notified us on June 9th, requesting to cancel and I pleasantly responded, with no rebuttal or intent to save them - "we were sad to see them leave and that I would go ahead and process their 30 cancelation and there after seize services." There was a misunderstanding on their end and they took it as we would process their payment and seize all services that day. Which was not the case. I took responsibility, apologized for the miscommunication on my end and continued to assure them that we would render services for the next 30 days. And at that point they were in agreeance with that plan and knew they were going to get charged on the following day -the 10th. That all changed when our client proceeded to ask for itemized "invoices". And turned their inability to explain exactly what they wanted, when I had gladly provided them with all their invoices, as avenue to completely insult and try to bully a vender.
Before I break down the rest of our statement and how it played out on our end. I would like to explain the nature of the account. Since they were a SM management account there was an certain amount of the $900 allotted towards a FB budget. Of which is maintained by the SM manager that whole month and then sent to the client at the END of the month not at the beginning of the month when they are actually invoiced, which in their case their billing date was the 10th of the month. The FB Ads Log is what we call it and it's used to track how and on what that money is being used on. Please note the client had been sent this FB ad long every month, so it's wasn't a new term or concept in this relationship.
From then the client's rep, proceeded to ask for an invoice and the break down of what she was paying for. I immediately thought she was asking for our regular invoice, sent her all of her invoices and directed her to her contract as well. I sent her all of her invoices, dating all the way back to her first invoice July 2014. The client not once stated I would like to see the FB Ads logs - the break down of what you use the 200 FB budget for, until after she implied we were unprofessional. Through it all I tried to answer her and fulfill her requests, she continually respond in an unprofessional and condescending manner. I responded back, in defense because of how unmannerly and unnecessary the whole back and forth was. I can provide email if needed to show this unprofessional behavior.
They client also stated "I'm not receiving services or responses to my email request yet I'm being charged." Which was a complete lie. There was plenty of emails going back and forth that I can provide and her SM manager was working on her account. There are posts to prove it on their page. I never stated we needed their payment. I simply explained to her why we had the policy of a 30 day notice. There's clearly a pattern here.
This situation never would have happened if it wasn't for the client's irrational responses. There was no need to fly off the handle or to belittle.
We are a respectable business and understand that we need to supply our clients with all the documentation they need, especially if we have been rendering services.
In regards to her refund. I gladly refunded her month on the 11th of June and seized all services. This you can verify with the client.
