Review: On February 22, 2012 I contacted This-n-That Boutique via email and placed an order for two custom Thing 1 and Thing 2 beanies for our children. Since February 22nd I have got the run around on how she was waiting to take pictures of my items and then she had sent my items off, but wasn't around a computer and could not give me a deliver confirmation that was promised. I have not received my product email and contacted via FB and Twitter with little to no response. I have tried once a day to get in contact with her and nothing. I have copies of the emails from February 22nd as well as FB converstations.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $21.00 via paypal or my hats with a delivery confirmation.

Review: I ordered items in aug of 2011 and only received half of the order,I contacted Valerie on many occasions and either she said she was sorry and she would send the items asap, or she just ignored the requests. The items are: Diaper Cover with headband set of 4 cream colored with pink, yellow, turquoise and purple flowers $60.00 and Mini Top hat -one size $12.00,Desired Settlement: either return the money, that was paid in full or deliver the items that I am due.
