We are sending you pictures of where we have it posted that we are not responsible for loading or unloading furnitureThe customer sent me an email through *** asking if I would go any lower on a drop leaf kitchen tableI
agreed to accept the lower priceShe called the store to make sure it was still available and at the time we had drop leaf tables and was very rude to my employee over the phone when my employee was asking her which table she was interested inWe put it on hold for her and she came in and was very rude againWe only had employee working the store that day and she was rude to her again when she came inMy employee just brushed it off her shoulders and rung the lady upWell then she asked for help loading it in her vehicleMy employee informed her that we are not supposed to load furniture and was the only person in thereSo my employee continued to ring out customers and the lady asked her again if she would help and she said she would help herSo after my employee was done ringing customers she helped her carry it outOnce the back of the SUV was open my employee asked her if she was sure it was going to fit because she had car seats in there and wouldn't be able to fold down the seatsThe lady said yes so they both lifted the table into the SUVIt didn't fit so my employee said we can store it at the store for her till she could bring back a vehicle that the table would fit intoThe lady said it will fit and started shoving the table inI would assume that's when the lining was marked upWe would never shove a piece of furniture into a vehicle because mainly that would hurt the furnitureSo she wasn't able to get it in and she sent her husband back for itAt this point we did not help him load it and he loaded it by himselfSo there are many times when they could have done the damage themselvesBut attached below are pictures of all of our signsThanks*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowResponse to the store’s reply
I’m not really certain how to respond to this as this response is not accurate at all.
I did call leaving work. I confirmed the store hours to make sure it would still be open and simply asked if the table was still there as I didn’t want to make the trip if it wasn’t. They replied it was and they would mark with a hold and yes the hours were correct so they were open. I’m not sure how this was perceived as rude; this was just a simple quick conversation. When I arrived, I spoke to the girl at the register and said I had called and they had a drop leaf table on hold for me and I asked where it was so I could see it. She took me to the table and walked off to help another customer. I looked at the table, decided I wanted it, then went and told her that I wanted it; she said ok it would take her a few minutes to get it cleared off. Again, I’m not sure how this was perceived as rude. I felt I was treated rudely because she took me to the table and simply walked off. I chalked it up to the store being busy not that she meant to be rude. The original complaint had the high level details of the transaction not all the specifics because I didn’t think there was enough space. Since I’m responding, I’ll say once the store worker realized the table wouldn’t fit, she asked if the car seat could be taken out. I replied it could be but I physically couldn’t take it out; she asked if she could. I told her she could certainly try. She did and she actually took it out. I then laid the back seats down and she and I loaded the table length wise into the back of the car and I took it home with me. The response that my husband came and picked this up is not true. Maybe there were other customers with similar complaints as mine and the owner was simply confused about which customer experience she was referring to in her response because what she wrote in response to my complaint was completely inaccurate. I took the table home with me in my car where the store employee helped load it after she took the car seat out of my car. Since I took it home with me, my husband was never at the store he simply opened the back hatch and before moving the table at all, stated the lining was damaged on both sides. Her response was completely inaccurate. Additionally, to comment about have notices all over the store I did not see these. That is not to say they were not there, but they were not displayed in a way that made them visible. Since her statements about the incident were not accurate, I’m not sure that she may not have posted these to take pictures after the fact as well. She also did not respond to the issue of the foul emails which I attached to the original compliant.
Thanks,

I have printed the three emails to pdf files and attached all three email exchanges.
