Yes it has taken longer than I would have liked to settle this matter I wil pay to settle thisAnd his word it is settled at this point no other parties involvedAnd he may have a deadline of this Friday feb But I can't give what I don't haveSo I am asking for days paid by no later then apri And no other party is to be involved if this can not happenI apologize

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I wod let this go for the $however Bill has been offering a refund for almost a year now which we never recieved as he says he does not have any money...I would at this point like to let future customers of Bill know how un reliable he is...I also had another contractor rework the floors and they have taken pictures...the will be taking this to the Alberta Floor Covering Association on my behalf unless this is resolved by the end of next week.The $is not fair however im willi g to settle for the $and as I said this has a dead line of next friday
