I I purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan on December 17th 2022. Within 2 weeks the car started shaking smelled of burning oil and I was afraid to drive it. I took it to a mechanic and found out that the vehicle had broken motor mounts a transmission oil leak and engine oil leak and one of the Pistons is misfiring. We're talking $3,500 minimum just to get to be able to figure out if there is still additional damage to the car. It also needs a new alternator and thermo stat.It's clear to me that obviously this car lot does not check the cars in any fashion to make sure that the cars are roadworthy and I would say buyer beware if you go there to buy a car make sure you have a diagnostic check done first

Review: I bought a 2005 Honda CR-V from this company. As I was driving home (3 hours away from said company) The check engine light came on. I had my mechanic look into it, the result of that was that the car had a blown head gasket which was masked by "stop-leak" in the radiator. It was discovered that it also needed a new fan switch (which is probably why the head blew in the first place). It ended up costing me over $820 for all the repairs. The salesman also stated to me, in front of 2 witnesses, that the registration would be taken care of for the next year, since it was due a month and a half after I bought it. This was not the case, about 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle I received the registration renewal notice. I am now out over $820 that I should not have had to pay.Desired Settlement: Because I have already paid for the repairs to the car, I would like a refund for the repairs. I will be happy to provide receipts for the parts and labor and registration that was supposed to be paid by THM Auto Sales upon request.
