As a co-owner, I do remember the complainant had contacted our office a few times and I had called to speak to her. I am purchasing Exxon products and I did reach out to Exxon Mobil and they confirmed that they were not having any issues with their product and as a matter of product,
only one customer having a "bad tank of gas" cannot happen. It would happen to many customers at the same time. I have not received any complaints from other customers with this complaint of a bad tank of gas. I am sorry that she has had car problems but it is not the result of any Exxon Mobil product

I am rejecting this response because: I have never spoken to anyone but the receptionist and an auditor, who both insisted I needed to talk to the manager. The manager never contacted me, not once. So unless this message is coming from one of those people, the insistence that we have talked is patently untrue. As to the tank of gas, I am going off of the information I received from [redacted] Honda in St. Peter's. They informed me that there was water in the gasoline, which can happen at a poorly cared for tank when ice has built up in a pump. My car stopped working within two minutes of getting gas at the Exxon Mobil station in question. I don't expect that you'll actually do anything to help me, oil companies are not well known for their fairness. I just think you should probably feel a little guilty for treating me like I don't even exist for months. Thanks for that.
